STi
Today I went to the Subaru dealer to check out the ’08 (the ’09s will have the same body style) STi’s. ANNNDDD I’ve come to the conclusion that change is good. At first I really disliked the hatchback style, but what they have done to the interior really makes me like it. Not only is it super roomy, but they’ve added controls to the steering wheel, ie volume & track changers. So, if I could afford to go out and get one right now I’d be getting the stockiest stock version of them. Any upgrades would have to happen later.

I’d like to get a new Macbook Pro — This one in particular.

I’m also hoping to get this display at some point so that I can make the switch to only having a laptop. This is an amazing display because its 24″ LED backlit, and it acts as a second monitor. It has a cable coming from it that you plug into your laptop which supplies power, usb, and of course the DisplayPort connection. Just simply amazing.Â
And a Subaru STi, 2007 model. I don’t like the 2008s…Â

AND! I can’t wait to move to Lawrence, KS. It will be an adventure. And I’ll get a cat to keep me company.Â
I’ll be done with school at UCI this quarter, which ends it December. I’ll be walking in June and then moving. I can’t wait to go. I’ll miss it here, but It will be a good place to visit for
vacations and stuff.

Of course…
As you have read, my mom just bought a new macbook pro… WELLLLLLL hers is now an OLD macbook pro… INTRODUCING THE EVEN MORE AMAZING MACBOOK PRO — I actually like it, its different, but I like it. I really hope to get one soon. My 4 year old 17″ powerbook is OKAY… its just old and “slow” compared to the rest of the computers out these days. Its still an amazing laptop, just out dated thats all. Anyway, yay for new chasis.

Making the switch to Mac OS
My mom has just joined an elite group! She is now a proud owner of a 15″ macbookpro. She is in love. We are in the process of moving over all her emails, contacts, photos, documents, music, etc. Her 3 year old HP laptop 
has been on the fritz for a while. I’m pretty sure most of the problems were because of the way things were done on it. Windows just doesn’t make things easy for people who don’t understand computers very well. Anyway, she left today for a two week long vacation. Yesterday she wanted me to put music on her ipod. And that’s where all the problems started. Her computer wouldn’t start, it blue screened constantly and was just having over all re-occurring problems. She finally deicided to get a new one. 
She knew how much I love my Mac, so she suggested she should get one too. I jumped at the idea. Now shes a proud Mac user. With most of her stuff on her new laptop, she’s loving it. When she gets back it will be even better because I will have more time to get the rest of all her “stuff” off her old computer. Apple just makes things so easy.
Anyway just wanted to update everybody.
